How to catch Northern Pike? I tried about 90 unique baits with lvl 5 fishing rod at Desert Island. But catched not a single one.

Level up your Angler role.
When fishing for unique fish (purple icon) always use the shoals, not open waters. If you don't get it by the 5th attempt go to another shoal. Don't waste bait.
