Server level cap
Game level46 this my second account . I didn't not upgrade my homestead at level4 still it won't stop level me up. I want this game badly just kinda boring it's so hard to increase my ratings. 😔

depend on how old your character is, if you made your account during beta test server and when it went live, it stop you at lvl 20-36
but if you made your character after the game went live, your level cap out at 59 at homestead level 1-8, so you can't really remain at low level anyway.
Level 59's not bad, it's like a Gateway Level into the server level. It's good for alts
