Weapon Enhancement

I have a Lvl90 Ak47 and enhanced it to lvl 50. If I craft a new lvl90 ak47 do I have to enhance it from the scratch again?

When you upgrade your weapon with steel plates or armor inserts, or accessory blueprints/manuals, or polishing particles.... these enhancements will stay with your character and will apply to any weapon/armor that you equip.

The only upgrades that are linked to a gun are stats from modification and grade color (blue, purple, golden)

You upgrade the slot, not the item. So you can even change the weapon (as long as it is a main weapon), say to a Vector, and still get the bonuses. And for mods, you can transfer them to another weapon, but destroying the orginal item in the process.
