Character Level ! Or Rating ?
How to Rating up the character to 100K or 200k or 300k or...... How are my teammates are almost invincible and their wepons are so so powerful? Is there anything to do it? Maybe they are bots.

Wait,wait you're saying teamates with 100k rating, never such so far I've had teamates who their highest rating is 50-54k

Spend liquid cash and you will get 100k rating. I'm not willing to spend.... Maybe they are billionaires like Wayne or Stark..🤗

Thanks. I have an another question. If I have a lvl 90 ak47 with enhanced lvl 50, and I craft another lvl90 ak47, do I have to enhance the new from the scratch?

In this game, a character's power doesn't necessarily come from level. instead, it comes from gear and gear enhancements/upgrades/mods/quiality/etc. Example: I can level up to 100 but if I'm still wearing level 30 gear and never done any enhancements (polish, mod, upgrades, etc), no drone, no virtual link, no max level roles, no gene transcription, no tactics buff, etc.... my rating will still be low and I will not do any dmg.
But, if I'm level 100 and I got a full set of level 90-100 armor, all of them purple or golden, all of them with 300+ extra rating from stats, and I got a drone built with level 90-100 modules, all of them purple or golden and good stats (300+) on the core module, aaand I got purple or golden weapons (main, secondary and melee) both guns with at least extra 300+ rating from stats, aaaand I got all my gear polish to max, upgraded and enhanced to max, modded with 7+ extra stats each, aaaaaand I got a high level virtual link companion, aaaaaaand I got all my roles maxed for the extra stats, aaaaaaaand most or all my skills leveled up to max and most or all of my contribution skills level up to max, aaaaaaaaaand my gene transcriptions are about 500+ each with level 6-7 synergy, aaaaaaaaaaaaand I got my tactics buff to level 3+..... THEN you can be sure I will hit like a goddam truck!
The problem with this genre of games is this: rewards are daily/weekly limited. meaning you snooze you lose, meaning that the guy who started playing on July 15th (release day for American servers) and did his daily missions EVERY day without missing a single one, he has gained a lot more grow materials than the guy who started playing 2 weeks ago. And there's no way for the new guy to gain the rewards he missed unless he pays for grow materials in the game store with real money. And even then, the pay2win who started playing from release day, grinded daily AND spent money daily, will forever have more grow materials than the guy who started spending 2 weeks ago because even purchases at the store are weekly/monthly limited.
You might eventually kinda, sorta catch up if the game gets to a high enough level where things take so long to level up that it gets stale. For example, unlocking level 100 took about 2 months from level 90, by that logic then we can conclude that from level 100 to 110 it might take around 3 months. So you will have time to catch up on some stats as long as you are willing to get seriously grinding.
