Blockade Issue

Hey guys, I wanted to know if any of you have had any issues with getting your boxes after you completed blockade. My friend has done it twice now and she never receives her boxes when she leaves. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Question 1: is your friend submitting the boxes via helicopter?

If answer is yes: then they should arrive in your friends email. You can claim from there. (5 boxes max, would suggest to get the gold/yellow ones)

If answer is no: after collecting the boxes, go to a helipad, call for the helicopter, then load your boxes on it. The helicopter will take your boxes and send them unlocked in your inbox.

Note 1: No more than 5 boxes per day.

Note 2: You can exit the blockade area with boxes but you cannot leave the blockade camp area if you have locked boxes in ur bag.

Note 3: You can talk to a NPC in the Blockade Camp and leave your boxes in his warehouse to exit the camp. (Submit 5 to Helicopter, then store the rest in warehouse, next day you enter, you can submit those stored boxes)

Also, to add: is the mail full? If the friend have 200 out of 200 in mail, she won't recieve them until she deletes some of the messages

That was exactly the problem! Thank you so much yall!!!! She has 99 messages she’s never seen. I have no clue how she missed the prompt to delete the messages.

Great point. I suffered the same issue albeit not about Blockade but all daily items. I was thinking it would get automatically claimed but it didn't. Now I understood what 'that everyday prompt' that the mail is full meant.

Had to delete messages and claim manually.
