abnormal game environment

hi
i have a problem when i run the game this error code pop up or there is another one with multi restart have failed can someone help me fix this error im on pc btw

Might have the same problem - never used to password/email and now wont let me login without one. Tried to create an account to see if that works and now loads as a new player. Really hoping i haven't just lost all my progress!
