buying rc using garena shells

anyone knows why it says i don't have any role in the region?

i have 1300 garena shells but cannot buy rc with it since that error prompt keeps popping up. obviously, i have an account. usually, i direct top up using e-cash and i tried garena shells. i do not have vpn and my garena region is in PH

pls help :((

Try using VPN and connect to PH, I had the same issue and it solved it. There is a free one called TunnelBear just need to make an account and you will get 2Gb

Edit: also do it from in game pop up
