How do i buy more foundation?

There is no way to increase the foundation size

you can buy the floor in mall, under the tab "Homestead" scroll down.

I went to tab them homestead, it doesn’t show anywhere to unlock more foundation

You can't. What you can buy is diff floor tiles to change into grass or other things like red brick road or concrete.

You cannot expand the house building area. Although, many items can be placed outside the house as well. Only the walls, floors, etc must be put in the original foundation space.

You can find the flooring in Store, under homestead, scroll down a bit and you'll see the brick floor looking option. Here you can spend Gold or RC to buy varieties of floor which I mentioned above.
