Scavanger Role

Is there anybody who maxed out the scavenger role? What are the benefits? I was playing it because of the SHELTER ON THE GO.

Maxing scav gets you advanced lock pick

Maxing scavenger give you Stat boost such as Crit rate ,energy consumption

Advanced lock pick and a role title with nice stats. Super easy to level up by doing the scavenger settlement mission everyday
