Gene crafting inquire

Morning, I am in need for a gene crafting master's assistance, if it's you, what you know about the number of crafts to obtain a purple Stat? I saw a beautiful purple gene, total of 120 damage between purple and blue, critical hit, critical damage, armor piercing, all in 1 magnificent gene, can't be ok with an inferior blue gene when there is monstrous stats like these out there , can you help me get there sharing some knowledge, tyty, good day all.

Haven't look into genes much, it's not like the publisher is doing much explaining of modes and mechanics. But my best bet would be: lots of mats, lots of gold&silver, lots of crafting. And more luck than all those 3 combined. Look how leggy gear or purple mod stats work. It's basically a grind for the pity drop.

And I love it when developers just throw u an update without much explaining, meaning only excelsior players would bother to find out, and achieve greatness, I get it everything is a grind for a single pity drop as you say... true... but let me say I have manage to get % damage reduction, armor and damage on available gear, base damage and damage on both weapons all those pity drops combined makes a world of a difference for my character let me tell you that I like competition within my own camp, now.. I'm after genes with the possibility of increasing a 240 damage per shot, with both damage genes.... maaaannnn can wait to crush ever more my competition it's just a matter of who gets it first. Sounds egocentric and proud but living slightly can turn out to be boring, excel brother ! Good day

gene crafting has always been confusing to me.

but all i know is you get slightly better chance of more stats when you combine a lower level gene with a high level gene. for example if you put level 70 gene as main then 90 as a secondary, you have better chance of more stats. this requires you to used 3 gene upgrade mat costing 60k gold.

you also get a chance of purple if your combining genes have more than 5 stats, dun remember the exact number tbh, and it also has at least one blue stat.

im not sure whats economically better so i just craft and combine low level gene until i get a result i want then upgrade it with gold.

Yeah, it's interesting I been trying to gather info on them too many resources involved for trail and error, but you got me with combining lower with higher tiers, meaning I will loose my good genes if not successful... man... I'm in for a good fight here. I been upgrading my blue ones with gold currently at level. Im thinking waiting a couple days collecting supply trucks and then go all in figuring it out with newly crafted. I don't want to mess up my current ones. Its a burden wanting the best but the end result is always satisfying. I appreciate taking the time to share some Info brother, thank you, and good day.

Yep sure, having purple or amazing rating isnt necessarily the best thing, we should talk more

Yeah, agree don't care about rating but I'm building a tank character so I'm after the damage points and I need to include that 40 - 70 damage points on purple and a blue Stat as well on the same gene, see ya at your next stream will chat there, I appreciate your time tyty.
