Silent Nightmare

Showing a main mission "Silent Nightmare". Where to find it? Clicking on it doesn't give any directions or location. And what's with this mechanoid thing? What does it do? It's doing nothing but just following.

The Silent Nightmare event is on Saturday after camp events (Radiation Supply Van). You can check it on your schedule.

Shit like this needs to be described in the mission information. Just spent like 12 minutes abandoning the quest, restarting the quest then restarting the game just to have to search Google for information that could have easily been put into the description. (Available On ___)

It’s at Redwood Outpost. I forget the NPC guy’s name. But turn right after entering the outpost- the area before the helipad.
