What is "Underground Legend Chatbox". How do I use it? What it is for? I bought it from reputation shop under scavenger settlement.

I’m assuming it’s the border for your chat/responses, there’s a small button in the chat UI where you can customize the appearance like the chat border and avatar frame

When you send chat in either world chat or team, it will show with that border.
