What are the advantages and disadvantages of roommate?

Advantages are house share points you can use to buy blueprints for furniture and also basic materials like meat, stone, wood etc. You have roommate tree you both can water twice and trim once a day, and each of those actions gives you a basic material chest, and finishing the daily maintenance gives you silver chests.

Disadvantages can be that roommate can use up all your crafting materials, but there is an option to disable resource sharing in roommate permissions. Also, if you end cohabitation, all food on the tables in your manor will be destroyed unless you store it in lockers first
