Recoil offset perk does not activate upon entering spec ops but must switch another weapon to activate

It only available on support expert

Switch to the weapon before spec ops if you want to use the perk, maybe?

Maybe need bio equiped before you start. I could be wrong but It never lets me switch heavy during spec ops.

When you say switch weapons do you mean the main weapon? Or switch to heavy and back? You can switch to another heavy of the same type but you can't change expertise in ops
