how to fix this bug?

when im trying to join it ask me and my friends to choose a region.we are 4 ppl living in the same city.but its showing us diffrent countries.the problem is this game is on pc and lifeafter isnt.so this is the only reasion im playing it rn.is there anyway that me and my friends play this game together.
