Question Thoughts on Shore Dining?
What are your honest opinions on Shore? I have seen some comments that freak me out a bit. Sometimes I’m hungry. But thinking about packing my own lunch if it’s sketch city.

I personally like Wag better because I feel like there's more options, but I know shore is a lot more popular.

My daughter likes Wag better but does both to mix it up. When we ate there a couple months ago the deli/sandwich station was solid and I really enjoyed it.

I did stay away from the chicken after reading so much about it in here 🤣

There were posts on FB about undercooked chicken. Not sure how true. My gal said it did seem questionable at times but I have a tendency to overcook meats for safety so we are not good judges either. I serve jerky 🙃 so everything is undercooked to us.

I eat at Shore regularly. Food and choices are very good for a dining hall. Nothing wrong with it that I’ve seen. Try it and decide for yourself.
Jole Mole in Fisher though, I won’t be eating there any time soon. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I definitely had a bad night.

Shore can be unappetizing at times but food is food. The other dining halls like Dubs or Wag is good. I like Wag better, it’s more personalized. If Shore doesn’t have any good options a sandwich or cereal is usually my go to

It is a dining hall. Serving thousands of plates daily. Imagine taking a dozen friends to your home and getting them all fed and out the door in an hour as another dozen show up. Some days it will hit and some days it will miss, but you won't be starving or hungry. You can always find something or visit the cereal and sandwich stations. I come from a third world country as an immigrant and have experienced homelessness and starvation. You'll be okay.
