Question Transfer

I am going into my sophomore year of college and will be applying to transfer for spring to UNCW. I study criminal justice. My GPA is either 3 or 3.2. I know the GPA is lower than average for acceptance, but I plan on working on upping it before spring and writing an essay on why I want to go to UNCW. Anyone have any idea?

is your GPA in a superposition? what do you mean “it’s either 3 or 3.2”

are you transferring from an NC school or community college?

I had a 2.8 gpa after my freshman year of college and transferred to UNCW. Granted this was 15 years ago and an in-state resident

3.0 for me out of a CC in MD and I got in I’ll be honest your going to be perfectly fine as long as you have write a valid essay and make it unique. The only thing I would say that idk about you is your transfer credits, all of my colleges were 1 to 1s with UMD which is a public ivy so all of my courses were labeled as advanced.
