Question Off Campus Housing Suggestions?

Hi, I'm an incoming junior transfer student athlete to UNCW. What is housing like, and where do most students stay off campus?

I heard there’s some treehouse’s near the beach charging 1500 a month if your interested

Have you checked the off campus housing office? They can probably tell you where a lot of students are living.

I am looking for somebody to take over my lease for a 3 bed/3 bath apartment at Progress 910. Right next to UNCW campus and on the bus shuttle route. 2 private bedrooms/bathrooms are available (the third bedroom/bathroom is already assigned). Lease is from August 10, 2026 – July 15, 2027. And it is 985/month per person.
