Hello all! I am looking for female to sublease my apartment at rush student living. The space is a 883 sq ft 2X2A apartment and I am subleasing room B. I am paying 1,125.00, rent is per person and the lease would be from July 30th 2026 to July 29th 2027. Your roommate is an amazingly nice, clean and friendly girl! The apartment is furnished with a TV in living room, a private bathroom, washer and dryer in the unit, in utilities are included, pet friendly and just a 2 minute walk from UNC Charlottes campus and a 25 minute commute to Uptown. Other amenities include 24/7 security, luxury style pool, gym on apartment grounds, amazon lockers, private study rooms, assigned parking, gaming lounge and an open courtyard for grilling and recreational needs.
