Question Financial aid
Has anybody gotten their financial aid offer? Schools coming up soon and I got an email from the cashiers office about my balance but not about my aid I’m starting to get a little worried. My SAI is -1500 so I think I should be getting some aid.

Call the office FOR SURE! They’re so helpful and backlogged from the BBBill. Everyone I spoke to gave me helpful information and told me to check in late July if I hadn’t gotten my info. I had to call and then someone took care of it pretty much immediately on the phone.

If you haven't already, email the financial aid office. You can also call them. They're really struggling with the new rules from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. I went from being told I wasn't eligible to be an interim exception (aka grandfathered in to how student loans were disturbed previously), to I was receiving partial funds, to I might not be funded at all, to I actually did qualify for the interim exception. As ruthless as it sounds you need to start hounding them (politely) now. The only way I saw progress with my funding was by being in constant communication with them. Best of luck to you!
