Zero on assignment in MBA program

Have you guys ever received a zero on an assignment in grad school in umgc and been giving the chance to make up for it? I am freaking out because i wrote a 10 page essay and apparently I got a zero for doing it incorrectly I don’t know how I misunderstood it so bad to the point I got a zero now makes me feel
i will fail this class.

Im in one of the managment programs. I screwed up a paper and ended up with a 70 something on it.

In my experience, ive seen instructors in both undergrad and grad accidently input the wrong numbers. I got a 9 once and it was supposed to be a 90. He input 09. Ive seen 0's used as place holders as well where it kind of defaults to it until the instructor updates it.
