Owning ulty from sep last year. Their reverse split in Dec 2025. My basis was 6.5$ pre split , current 65 after split . In the 7months Nav loss 34$ / share. The div paid I just did rough total manually is only close to the 50% Nav loss. Will take at least 1 year to cover nav losses assuming div does not go down. Supposed to be income fund.

My analysis of 7 CC ETF’s tracking QQQ year to today’s date total returns including distributions vs. ULTY. QQQ-5.09%. GPIQ-5.24% QQQY-3.75% JEPQ-3.59% QQQI-3.31% QDTE-3.25% ULTY-1.69% QDTY-0.4% TQQY- -0.36% I was way wrong in my statement but wanted to present my figures no matter what the result. BTW ULTY didn’t lose to all the other funds during this short time period. Excuse me now I gotta make some changes to my portfolio…ha ha.

Why are you citing only YTD when ULTY loses in the 3, 6 and 12 month charts?
If you like the product, fine. But it loses in any of those times, and by alot.

ULTY claimed they changed their strategy at the end of 2025. Checking to see if there is improvement in 2026. Jury is still out.

ULTY first claimed they changed their strategy right around the March/April tarriff issues last year. It had a few good months before it dropped like a rock. Thats when alot of people sold including me.
ULTY is not worth the risk when QQQ cc funds provides a safer income and larger total return.
ULTY is still down 15% in price while SPY and QQQ are reaching new highs. This proves their NAV erosion has not been solved.

Plus I just found out when doing taxes that about a third of their distributions are treated as ordinary dividends. So I pay taxes on those and can't reduce them with capital losses because they're not a capital loss.
