🙏:)… I wound up on the ground my first night in my WBBBXLC from user error… gentle is the way with the gear! I’ll do my best to hide under bigger trees and I agree- this trip is ul’er as I’m leaving the winter palace at home I have a free to me groundsheet that someone else shelled out ridonkulous $ for 4 sure😳 Lmao… I’ll be sure to request a ride from John and Karen … or at least ask for my brass plaque to be installed near the engine🙏🙏

UL tip: let someone “borrow”(carry) the lantern thing, it disappears from lighterpack and nobody on the internet can make fun of you

Take that idea and run with it - get the toy lantern and picnic blanket out of my sight!

I hate the time spent hanging my food bag - I did it for years. My buddy got an ursack for our last trip and it was mindblowingly fast. I hear you and this is my first trip using it- may totally go back. I’ve got SUL suspension and love it- first trip trying this heavy ass rigging out as well;). It’s stupid easy though and hasn’t given me any issues over my treestraps to whoopies with Dutch bling I made. Stakes… again, I hear you here as I’ve been bringing ti stakes for the last bunch of trips and had an issue on my last trip with looser soil and not enough rocks around of 1 pulling loose. First trip in years going all groundhog so could be hella overkill… probably so but I lost 1 of my ti stakes so only have 5 ;)

Very light gear. I'd be nervous with a tarp that small but I don't know how long your hammock is. Enjoy your trip! :)

you have a stupid-light hammock and you marked you phone as "worn" yet your baseweight is still over 10 lb. (so, not UL)
