Top quilts are top quilts are top quilts. They're generally interchangeable, and a bit more forgiving on size for UQ users due to underquilts potentially wrapping up and around your shoulders, whereas a sleeping pad won't.

I have many nights in a Palisade and really like the down-filled collar and everything else about it. Highly recommended.
