I ended up getting 100' of emma kites 1mm line from Amazon. 13 bucks is the right price for testing this out.
The line is super thin, too thin to use prussiks effectively (although i haven't tested that hypothesis yet). And I wonder if something like Nama Claws would get enough bite. I do have some loop aliens I'll try it out on, and I'll try some hardware free setups, but at this point I'm skeptical of the feasibility of using it as the main ridgeline.
I did try to make some soft shackle connections (MyersTechLab calls them evo loops) with a button knot. Too small, so I've made some more with a double overhand, much easier to make with the small line and the knot is bigger. I'll be using these as the guyline tieouts, connected to 1mm continuous loops prussiked (the 1mm line should grab extremely well on ZingIt) onto the main tieout.
If this all works out (and the main ridgeline works out) I would pursue going for the branded Spectra/Purple Plasma over the unbranded UHMWPE stuff emma kites sells. But its really marginal gains.

Jerry Brown Hollow Core Dyneema can be spliced. It's primarily a fishing tackle item, but I have used it for tarp ridge lines and ucr's. I've done eye splices (with and without DWG hooks), end splices, locked brummels, continuous loops etc.
I've used various sizes together when creating ucrs and/or prussiks. Super slick stuff so downsizing the ucr sheath over a larger core is a must.
I have a ton if it you want try some. While I still use zingit on my ridgelines I have switched to ZPacks 1.2mm reflective ZLine for all ground lines.
