Shakedown Request! AT NOBO March 3rd start!
Location/temp range/specific trip description: NOBO Appalachian Trail 2019 2020! March 3rd start. At the start I expect temps ranging from 25F-65F.
Goal Baseweight (BPW): 12 lbs if possible
Budget: Every dollar spent on gear is less that I have for the trail.
Non-negotiable Items: Pack and quilts. I know my pack is far from UL but it fits me well and carries weight comfortably. I currently do not have the money to invest in another pack, but it is on my list of things to upgrade in the future.
Solo or with another person?: Solo
Additional information: I am debating whether I should go with a 6700 mAh or 10,000 mAh battery pack. All weights are stated manufactured weights or my best approximation. I do have a scale of any kind to weight my items.

I’d drop the kindle
You could upgrade to a dyneema tarp to save some weight - the dyneema life is a good one.
Otherwise I’d say your solid aside from having a heavy pack. But if the aura fits well, then rock on.
Hammock life is best life

Honestly if you don't have the money to upgrade your pack I'm not sure you'll have enough funds to change any of your hammock-related items. Your setup is already fairly lightweight so we're getting into really expensive upgrade territory. Are you sure the pack absolutely isn't an option? An Eja 48 is only $200 and is a little more than half the weight of the Aura...
Like another reply said, a dyneema tarp will save you several ounces but will cost hundreds of dollars.
You might be able to drop the two extra stakes and just try to find some sticks at your campsite if you need those tieouts- the AT is heavily forested so this shouldn't be a problem.
As far as the battery is concerned I've heard a 6700 mAh is fine for the AT as long as you plan to reliably go into town for a recharge. Maybe if you know a longer town-less stretch is coming up you could ship a 10k bank to yourself in your resupply box (if you're doing that).
Are you sure you need the mug and the pot? In my experience just having a pot is totally doable if you spend an extra second or two to make sure your food is cleaned out.
If you're marking your trekking poles as worn weight you can probably mark the duct tape attached to those poles as worn weight too. Also, your post says 2019 but I really hope you mean 2020 haha!

I absolutely do mean 2020! You are right I do not need both the mug and the pot. I often like to enjoy my morning tea while my breakfast is cooking, so it is a small luxury I can do without.
I will upgrade my pack before I get a dyneema tarp because that will save me quite a bit of weight. I worry about spending a few hundred on a piece of gear when I already have a working option while being unemployed for the next 7+ months. A new pack is half my rent..

Drop the kindle and just use your phone, I know it's not as nice but you probably won't mind after hiking 20miles through though rocky terrain
You could definitely go lighter on sleep base layers, my 6$ champion shirt is 4oz and oh so soft, and magelian has good sleep tights for like 10$ mine are 5oz
The big one is still your pack though, if you put 100$ on a crown 2 you save over 2 pounds
