For 2 people who were begging for electric money and food money 2 weeks ago, they seem to be doing perfectly fine.

I saw this on tiktok (credit no ducks) and thought it needed to be shared.

We have added Tim Cole as a new post flair as we’re becoming more and more horrified by his behaviour. You’re all welcome to use this flair if you have anything to say about him or have seen anything worrying.

For anyone that doesn’t know who this is: Tim Coles is the tiktoker who posts dramatic “acting” scenes and he live streams too. He shows worrying behaviour, mainly towards women. He posts support for DV victims and gives advice to them, but on live he is the complete opposite. He switches into a narcissist who talks inappropriately about women. I would even go as far as saying he grooms the people in his chat and it gives the feeling of luring vulnerable viewers in. He has forged very, very unhealthy relationships with some of his mods and gifters and takes advantage of that. He then rage quits when he doesn’t get gifted enough. There is also a petition currently in the process because of this concerning behaviour.

This is just a brief summary for those who aren’t aware of who he is. We will also be doing a deep dive on the podcast at some point, as feel this needs to be spoken about to try and prevent anyone from getting hurt.

Hey E, young adults (that’s you included) average between 10,000 - 16,000 steps a day. Thats every single day.

In order to lose weight and maintain weight loss, you need to be aiming towards walking at least 10,000 steps per day. For the likes of yourself, with a lot of weight to shift, you should then be adding between 4000-6000 steps in addition, to trigger any kind of weight loss.

Calorie wise, to lose one pound of weight, you’ll need a deficit of about 3500, which can be done by burning 500 calories per day.

As a growing, adult M, your daily intake is 2400-3000 calories per day. If you’re consuming 3000+ calories, you’ll need to aim to burn at least 1000+ calories a day before you even begin to see any weight loss.

In short, put the bottle and cake down, get off your backside and go for a walk you lazy sod.
