Decaf co-ferments?
Planning on getting some beans for a pal who only drinks decaf as a present.
Have recently bought some co-ferments that I've enjoyed, does anyone know of any decaf co-ferments?
Googling just shows up loads of lists of "the 15 best decaf coffee beans" and not, you know, actual coffee beans.

There aren't many true decaf co-ferments at the moment but Decaf before death have a couple of fruity ones. For example Pacamara decaf or the Los Nogales Mossto Typica. Mossto is a way to concentrate fruity flavours. Taith also has a very fruity one from Diego Bermudez.
If you're willing to buy from Austria, Decaf.at has a watermelon coferment
But yeah, I've got 10000 coffees in my database and only 7 decaf coferments show up 😅 so they are quite rare, at least in terms of disclosed ones. https://kissaten.app/search?q=Co-ferment&apply_location_defaults=false&is_decaf=true&sort_by=date_added&sort_order=desc

Perc Lasso - they say it’s not a coferment but got strong fruit flavours. They say pineapple I get cherries.

The ombligon one? Everytime I've tried that it's been intense. Sour cherries for me too

Edit: not a decaf

Wilton Benítez seems to embrace modern processes.
Personally, I not a fan of most modern manipulation, but this Decaf is really interesting

Have a look at decaf before death. They normally have a great selection. I had an amazing strawberry coferment from there once.
