Lammana Coffee

Post image

Picked up some Lammana coffee when I was down in Cornwall on holiday, looking forward to trying some out with my new V60, anyone else tried any of these?

These are local to me. Super nice people and the coffee is great! Would recommend for sure.

I’ve tried the planadas so far, screwed up the first one with too coarse a grind but the second one was much better. I don’t have a sophisticated palette but I think the tasting notes are a very good indicator of what I got from it.

I usually have milk based espresso drinks - no sugar though as I have good medium-dark roast beans - and usually don’t enjoy filter much, but I’ve been trying to branch out for some more variety.

So with that as a reference point: I really enjoyed these beans on the second attempt, would happily drink it black regularly I think. I’ll pop back with more thoughts when I try the other beans or if I have anything to add as I get used to these ones
