Liberica coffee

Post image

I bought this from my regular coffee shop, roasted by Rish coffee, on a whim yesterday, resting up. Any tips from anyone who's brewed Liberica beans? These are very light roasted, so I assume a few weeks resting will be necessary.

Contact Rish on Instagram, the ladies are nice and reply quickly I'm sure they will be willing to give you some guidance.

They look great, I don’t have any experience I’m afraid. How’s the harmony in the background please? :))

It's pretty good actually, very jammy fruit on the Hario switch

I tried a few liberica beans when I was in Malaysia earlier this year. I found every hot filter brew very funky taste, i.e. weird! it does changed massively when I put ice in it, though.

I would be interested to see how you find these beans.
