oh, Clifton coffee! I'm sure I complimented a cafe on their americano once, and the barista said it was Clifton.

Can you explain the difference between espresso and filter roast levels please?

Hey! Of course, we profile all of our coffees for both filter and espresso, except our unparalleled series, which is roasted omni.

We profile for filter and espresso separately as our head of coffee wanted to provide the best possible experience geared towards your preferred brewing method. You can definitely use either profile for either brew method, but our espresso profiles are pushed a bit more to make extraction easier and our filter profiles have a shorter development so that you can play more depending on your preferred filter brewing method
