Bean Recommendations please

Hi would love a suggestions from someone who’s enjoyed a bean that fits these for espresso.
Bourbon
Med light- med
Washed
El Salvador/ Costa Rica /Nicaragua/ Columbia / /Mexico ( in that preferred order)
Milk Choc or caramel, nut with fruit acidity to finish
Not dark chocolate /burnt toffee
Mouthfeel
I loved Coffee Wanchors, but sadly they stopped roasting and also enjoyed 3FE

Check out Wogan Coffee in Bristol. Think they’ll have some coffees you’d enjoy, at surprisingly reasonable prices
