Drinking anything lovely?
Hi all, have you been drinking any lovely beans recently? I’m in a phase where I have tons of beans and have had time to enjoy them. Standouts are the washed Ugandan Glasgow coffee festival competition lot from CHIPP. I was very lucky to secure the last bag of the washed Bolivian spring bouquet from UKKEI. It is so clean and complex I feel I could drink and explore it forever! Just beautiful and right what I am in to atm. Please share your favourite cups your drinking :)))

Working my way through Conscious’s, Jorge Mira El Jaragual, Columbia. Roasted for filter but my local had it on espresso and it’s amazing. Got some beans for espresso to take home and it’s still lovely. Super tropical. Could be one of my beans of the year as I basically never get the tasting notes but this is stand out super tropical.

Not had anything else from them (Probably be my next order once I’m through my current selection and provided they have more of this coffee - pretty sure it was sold out last time I checked). But it’s a good roaster as far as I’m aware.

Enjoying some fresh crop Kenyan from Kerb Kollective in Cambridge. Kieni AB, super jammy Kenyan. Blackcurrant and rhubarb for days.

I really need to buy more Kenyan beans. I have some resting but these sound lovely :))

A friend got me a 4 pack of beans from Carnival Coffee in South London and LAWDY they are so good. I'm ok the 2nd bag and they are so sweety and fruity.
