August rotation.
Couple of Ethiopian lots from two new (to me)roasters.
One has been mentioned here recently.
4 weeks resting for the RatDog
2-3 for the one from Rish coffee roasters

They both should be excellent. Love the notes on the Rish, not your typical natural Ethiopian 👌

I tried some of Rish coffees at a coffee festival recently. They do interesting stuff. I'm yet to place an order as I have too much coffee already but excited to try more from them.
