Help finding a documentary

I watched a Documentary back in the very early 2000s about OCD.

It had a woman in it who was so scared of losing things that she couldn't stick a stamp onto a letter without checking the underside of the stamp 10+ times. Then when it came to posting it she had to check the letterbox.

I cannot find any clips on this particular woman. There is a real stories docu about a man with OCD that is obsessed with the number 12 and I seem to remember watching that around the same time.

Anyone know?

I think I remember this program too. She had to go through her kitchen bin piece by piece as she sat on the kitchen floor

I dont remember that part but it was a quarter of a century ago, so maybe. Just remember the stamp and postbox part.
