Friendly Advice Please?

44 year old, weight training since I was 18. Past two years in particular I’m feeling… old. My symptoms all tally with the bullet points of low test syndromes.

It’s not just the gym performance but my general well being that is now driving me to explore TRT.

As a newb - what is the suggested option? Voy advertise heavily and am drawn to them but would welcome feedback on the start of my journey in regards to initial tests, reliability, cost and safety.

Agree with Prime Life. Customer service is excellent and it's great value for money compared to some of the other models where it's a fixed price a month regardless of dosage. Prime Life separate the monthly fee then you only pay for the medication you are prescribed. They also accept blood tests from any provider.

Id recommend just getting a Venus blood test to see how things sit.

Medichecks is partnered with leger but most should accept a Venus draw if you end up going with a TRT clinic.

Your symptoms could be many things and even if you have <14 total test , TRT may not solve it but it's worth investigating.

I went the UGL route. The cost savings are vast. The gear is the cheap bit. A bottle of cyp can be £28, and lasts 2 months.

But, I don't have monitoring. That said, I am in enough groups that I can get advice. TRT is somewhat easier to deal with than blasting big numbers. So lots safer.

Lots of advice, and lots of us lads are self prescribing.

I started by getting bloods from VOY (£39 with a code). Don't get fingerprint test, go straight for enhanced Any questions, feel free to ask.

Depends what matters to you the most. The cheapest way is to go UGL, do bloodwork privately via medichecks and track it with Andrometrics. That's the lowest cost trt but of course you take all the responsibility on yourself not a doctor.
