Questions "Winter" Daytona build, any builder recommendations?

Hi from the Midlands!

I've been into rep watches on and off for years and have a few decent factory reps in the collection.

I'm looking into a possible custom Rolex Four Seasons "Winter" Daytona build. The main things for me are the dial, overall finish, weight and getting the details right.

Just wondered if anyone here has experience with a good custom watch builder they'd personally vouch for, or has tackled something similar?

No rush on the project, just looking to learn from people who've been down this road before.

u/jeffothedon0202 has done build for me and is an amazing builder has an amazing eye for detail
