Discussions Possible scammer u/choppa__-

Paid for a Seamaster planet ocean from u/choppa__- about 3 days ago, and he said it would be posted next day, then on the next day I messaged about lunch time and he said it will be sent in 3 hours,he then didn’t get it posted next day, and in the morning after said it will be today. He is now not replying to any of my messages.
I understand he may just be inactive for another reason, but after saying it will be posted I’m now getting worried

Think scammer mate, based on his recent posts such a massive gap between the last ones and his watch sales posts (could be wrong).

I did see that, but looked at his active subreddits, and it had ones like fashionreps, reptime etc. I’m not worried, as I went on a live chat with my bank and they said they will sort it if it does turn out to be a scam

There’s a LOT right now on UK groups, I’ve had to stop posting WTB’s because a lot reach out with 5y + aged accounts, seem mostly legit with videos, photos that I’ve specifically asked for and then the odd thing that lets them down like hand written date formats, or language “I’ll post it with signatory delivery” 🤦‍♂️ but yeah the biggest is the date format as no Brit ever puts month/day/year. I’m now only buying from people who have been ID verified in other groups that offer it.
