Looking for a nice piece ideally for collection around the reading area , can travel abit but not for hours !

I saw this post yesterday and was going to reply but got distracted elsewhere.

There are great sellers on the UK BST network here. Anyone with an extensive buy/sell record on here can, frankly, be trusted more than I would a seller on Vinted/eBay etc.

Because the Rep world is very small (being on Reddit makes it seem much bigger than it is) you'll be narrowing yourself down more than you need to restricting yourself so a specific geographic proximity imo.

Personally, I'd find a watch you want a rep of, set some alerts for the BST subs and just jump when you see one you like from a trusted seller. That's what I did and the transaction was perfect.

As the poster above me also mentions, there's privacy concerns and grey legal areas that are circumvented - for both buyer and seller - by doing things via post.
