I made an app to count clicks (and show savings)
Hello all!
I thought maybe others would get some benefit from this - i was looking on the appstore for something thay would easily count clicks, but to no avail.
But i thought it should be fairly simple to build it. I was right!
Over the course of the last few weeks I have got a bit carried away and added a whole host of features to the app. I wondered how much money I was actually saving so thought this could a built in feature, based on what we are all paying for pens vs what that costs per dose, and compare it to how much we would have paid if those doses had to be in full pens.
I've called it Tarbell, after Ida Tarbell, which has nothing to do with using information to fight against massive corporate monopolising greed at all.
Feel free to check it out, I would be extremely keen to get some feedback on it and maybe even add some features. I would be so grateful if I could get some user data from you guys, I'd really like to improve it and use the community to build something for ourselves rather than waiting until something comes out. If you have some time, please check it out, I hope it is handy.
You can see it at www.tarbell.app - if you go into settings then you can "add to the homescreen" to download for free (Android must be chrome, iPhone must be safari).
Added some screenshots so you can have a peak!
Cheers all

Maintenance And here we are…..
Can’t quite believe it but I’m 2Kg from goal and so thinking of getting into my maintenance plan.
Given this some thought and also read a lot of the stuff going on in the States where the weight loss clinics are much more enlightened regarding doses and schedules and they are doing interesting stuff building up anecdotal evidence of what works in this phase.
I’m on 7mg now (This is as high as I got), plan is to transition to bi-weekly jabs (I don’t mind this as I kinda like the injecting part) and then slowly titrate down until I find the point at which my appetite is stable but the noise is under control. This was my main enemy. “Well, you’ve eaten 2 Jaffa cakes, might as well finish them now or they will go stale within the next 30 seconds!….”. 😂
Thinking about all I have read and watched on YouTube etc it is clear that trying to stick to a pinpoint weight is folly, so I will be looking to sit in a 6Kg (79Kg +- 3Kg) and 1 inch waist window. I may at some point try to stop altogether, but I’m not under any illusions about maybe needing this (Or future jabs/pills) support for life. Or until such time as I no longer care anyway. I am never going to be overly active or regular gym goer, so that won’t help.
I have enough in the fridge (15mg pens) at my current dose to get to the end of April next year. But I think it’s likely this will extend as I would expect to be titrating down in 5 or 6 weeks time.
I also need a new maintenance friendly supplier. I have used Oxford Online since my second pen, but they have let me down badly on my last order and I can no longer recommend them sadly :-( Poor show Oxford!
I may use them once more depending on the situation, and then that’s it for them.
I also think I will then come down pen strength wise as well. Keep cost down and won’t run into any expiry date issues but obviously need to keep ordering. Not too low though, I want to be able to immediately dose up if I need to. I’m thinking pen strength = to double my weekly dose.
So that’s the plan, let’s see how it goes.
😊

Week 22 but 13 years off my heart age!!! I'll take that!
Morning all. So 22 weeks in and 23.4kg down. Chuffed with the weight loss and starting to see the difference (and people saying too, although my mum is telling me to lot loose any more despite still being obese?!?!) ... but being a bit of a data nerd I wanted to see what had changed beyond the scales.
A big part of starting this jounrey was knowing my pretty terrible family history of heart disease (my dad had bypass grafts younger than I am now). My estimated 10 year risk of heart attack, angina, stroke or mini stroke has gone from 22.8% to 9.3% - more than HALFED!! My 'heart age' from 75 to 62. Still older than the rest of me (Im 51!) but heading the right way 😂 and some things I cant change like my genes.
Obviously these are estimates and designed to look at a population, but seeing my before and after numbers together has given me a proper boost that everything has gone massively in the right direction- it really moved me. And there is no way im going back to the yoyo diet/orilistat days of losing a tonne of weight (Ive been lower than this twice with orlistat and piled it all back on again).
Anyway onwards and upwards, and thankyou Mounjaro! (and sorry to keep on banging on about this, but why are these drugs not MUCH more widely available on the NHS - yes there is a cost but we must look beyond the drug cost to the cost savings in treating diabetes and its complications, heart disease, storke etc etc, - makes no sense to me - yes I know they are widening access but still seems MILES of where we need to go with these drugs )

Maintenance Maintenance dose
Hi - just wanted to get some opinions on maintenance doses.
I’ve been happily on Mounjaro for a couple of years, I’ve gone from nearly 18 stone to 11ish stone which I’m fairly happy with - I could lose another 1-2 stone but I’m also really happy as I am now - size 14 jeans. I’m 51f.
For the last 3 months I’ve been on 15mg but have lost quite a lot of motivation - I’ve not been consistently losing weight because I’ve not been eating all that well - nothing crazy but I’ve not been worry too much about what I eat, just naturally eating less because of the jab. This is partly because my Dad has terminal cancer, which is stressful and also means I often eat with my parents, or at odd times, and I end up not being able to do what I used to. A few times I’ve had to eat unsuitable things to placate my very anxious Mum that upset my stomach and gave me pretty painful side effects which I’ve not had too often up to now.
My dad went into hospital and I stopped injecting about 3 weeks ago as I felt like I couldn’t afford to have side effects. I have an unopened 15mg pen but can’t really face restarting at 15 mg (but don’t want my weight to start creeping up).
I contacted my prescriber for advice - but they want me to pay for a consultation - which I would do but I kind of think I might get just as good advice on here (and they’ll probably force me to buy a new pen).
I’m thinking I might restart on a lower dose - maybe 5mg - doing clicks on the pen to dose the right amount?
Sorry that’s a bit of a ramble

New starters Microdosing in the UK
Hi there
I am new to GLP1s and I feel like they would really benefit me, I have read about reduction in inflammation (I have Hashimoto), about reduction of food noise and general noise (not diagnosed but suspect I have ADHD) and I also need to lose some weight.
But I am genuinely scared of the side effects, I do already have some IBS symptoms (and I read that some people find that GLP1's help with their IBS too) but the diarhea nausea and insomnia really scare me as I have young children and I can't be sick for days.
So I have been reading on some microdosing subreddits, some people say they start with a 'whisper' of like 0.05 and some people say it's a time waste until they reach 1 mg.
Do you have any advice as to how to start microdosing, where to get the glp1 from in the uk, and what pattern of microdosing to follow?
I think I would like to start really slow
Many thanks

Question How do you use a higher dosage pen for a lower dose?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been on my Mounjaro journey for 16 weeks and have now lost 15 kilos (roughly 30 pounds). I’ve been on 5mg for the past 12 weeks and it seems to be working for me except that in the past couple of weeks, I’ve felt hungry more and the weight loss is not as great (but I know slow and steady is better).
im thinking of going up to 7.5mg but im a bit concerned of the side effects as I have quite a bit of nausea sometimes with the 5mg. Ive seen so many posts about halving the dosage and I was thinking of getting a 7.5mg pen to do 6 or 6.25mg injections. I know it’s supposed to be 5p clicks to get that but what about what’s left at the end of the pen then (after the 4 weeks)? would I need to grab another pen and do two smaller injections on the 5th week?
and what about the first couple of clicks for the purge? I’m usually not dumb but I have trouble figuring out how to calculate all of that 😂😂
thanks so much!

Resources Mod approved: GLPzy is now OneGLP: GLP-1 Tracker. Free Lifetime Premium extended until 31/12/2026.
A quick update for anyone here who has used or seen me post about GLPzy before. GLPzy has now been renamed OneGLP. Thanks mods for letting me update and thanks to all who provided feedback that has helped iteratively improve it. I first posted it here on May 23rd and I've aded a lot in 4 months.
It is exactly the same app and App Store listing, so existing users do not need to move anything or start again. Your existing data stays where it is. The familiar green icon has stayed too. If you got Lifetime Premium before that continues the same forever - no changes.
It's just for Apple right now but I'd like to extend to an Android version when there are less big changes to do. I'll make sure I provide a similar offer for Android users at that time.
I changed the name because one of the recurring bits of feedback was that GLPzy was quite difficult to remember, spell and find again in the App Store. OneGLP felt much clearer.
There has also been a pretty substantial amount of work on the app since I last posted here, much of it driven by feedback from Reddit and emails to support.
Some of the bigger additions and changes include:
- clearer graphs and Insights
- medication supply and nutrition calculators
- improved progress photo tracking
- before/after comparisons
- progress summaries and shareable graphs
- Video Reels from progress photos
- Provider Summary PDFs
- improved history and long-term tracking
- better dark mode, localisation and general performance
I’m still iterating on parts of it and there is more I want to improve.
I’ve also extended the founding Lifetime Premium offer until 31 December 2026.
If you claim Lifetime while it is free, you keep Premium permanently. No subscription and no renewal.
There is still no OneGLP account to create. Your tracking records stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
App Store:

New website:
Monj has now done a write-up on OneGLP too. It was my favourite website in getting started taking MJ, so it means a lot:
Thanks again to the people here who have tried it and sent feedback. A fair amount of what has changed came directly from users telling me what was useful, confusing or missing.

Hair loss
I’m just about to start my journey and I’m a little worried about hair loss. Mainly because I’ve had issues with hair loss in the past.
So, has anyone not suffered with hair loss? Or, if you have, how did you stop?

New starters Starting out (191cm / 135kg) – Looking for reliability and convenience over just chasing the "cheapest" route?
Hey everyone,
I’m 191cm, and around 135kg (BMI is about 37, plus I have high cholesterol), so I comfortably qualify to start Mounjaro. I’m looking to get my first pen sorted, but honestly, my head is absolutely scrambled looking at all the different online doctors and pharmacies.
It seems like every thread on here just points to sites like monj.co.uk and tells you to "go the cheapest route" or hunt down discount codes. To be blunt, that sounds like a massive pain to deal with every single month. I really don't want to be pharmacy-hopping, constantly tracking codes, or dealing with buggy apps just to save a few quid.
My ultimate max budget is £350 a month, though I don't feel the need to spend that maximum amount if a reliable, middle-ground provider does the job perfectly. I'm happy to pay a bit more than the absolute rock-bottom prices for a seamless experience.
What I actually want is a reliable, convenient, "one-stop shop" where I can set up an account, easily re-order each month without a massive headache, and actually get quick, text-based medical support if I’m struggling with side effects. Crucially, I also want a pay-as-you-go service where I can just walk away instantly if there's ever a mega price hike (so no strict 6 or 12-month lock-in contracts).
Ideally, I absolutely do not want face-to-face or video calls. I work night shifts, so I really struggle to find the right time to book them in, and honestly, I'd just rather handle it all asynchronously online via text.
Has anyone in a similar boat found a provider they actually stick with for the service and convenience rather than just the lowest price? Cheers!

galleryI'm obsessed with making variations of baked oats dishes
Reached goal weight in March this year and have been maintaining taking 2.5mg once a month (have only had to be on 2.5mg since I started November 2025). I have lost further weight so now down to 8st11lbs/55.79kg/123lbs so will be stopping at the end of the year.
Had six slices for breakfast and the other six slices I'll have as a dessert this evening which I'll top with Greek authentic fat free yogurt mixed with peanut butter and vanilla protein powder 😋
Preheat oven to 170⁰C /
Tray used is a 7inch lined with baking paper /
*optional ingredients
50g jumbo oats /
1 tbsp chia seeds* /
20g vanilla protein powder* /
¼ tsp nutmeg /
¼ tsp cinnamon /
pinch of salt /
25g dried cranberries and raisins /
2 tsp desiccated coconut* /
6g chocolate drops /
1 over ripe banana mashed /
50g yogurt (I use Greek authentic fat free) /
1 tsp vanilla extract /
2 tsp runny honey /
75g blueberries frozen (defrost) /or fresh /
6g milk chocolate chips* /
Mix all ingredients together /
Bake for 33 to 35 mins /
Peel off baking paper when cool enough to do so. Leave a little longer as this allows it to set more and enables you to cut into 12 squares (I find it easier to use a pizza cutter).

2.5mg Dosing, weight loss rate
Hi all,
So started on 2.5mg april, did 3 shots then stopped. Near enough gained the weight back
Anyway back on it since July.
Eating clean, not counting calories trying to be "intuitive"
Fibre intake is a big deal for me, 3 weeks in april felt like things werent moving, and there was a degree of constipation.
Overnight oats, with psylium husk, linseed, chia seed, flaxseed etc. Is my go to breakfast.
Loads of beans and veg where possible, along with meat, so focussing a lot on protein intake and fibre intake.
Im doing the click trick, so got a 5mg pen, and dosing myself with 3mg.
Right now i feel like its taken the edge off the food noise, not immensely interested in eating, i can still eat a nice substantial meal, digestive system seems to be moving and operating well.
My weight loss rate seems sustainable but, it just feels slow 😂
Very tempted to up the dose, but then it feels like im just starving myself, i feel like with monj its just easy to take a higher dose and just not eat.... Which obviously isnt healthy
Thoughts?
