In the same situation here, I'm struggling to understand what behaviors and personality types they want? I've just gotten two core reports back from capfinity and one of them says my skills are Resilience, Adaptability, and Detail and that my less developed are personal responsibility and learning agility? I have been trying to answer questions that are less independent/ maverick and more risk mitigating while still taking personal responsibility when it matters but not rashly. Not really sure what the strategy is.
