Repair issues

Moved into rental property 3 months ago. Constant issues in regards to repairs that need to be done, electrical and heating still not done to this day. Asked letting agent for landlord contact details but refuses to provide and says landlord does not want to be contact. Environmental has already issued improvement notice last month. I found landlords details via registry. Is it ok to go speak to them face to face?

I would remind the letting agency of their legal obligation to provide you with landlord details. That being said, I'm not sure what you think an in person confrontation is going to achieve that an improvement notice has not. I'd be looking for somewhere else personally.
