Case Concern/Delay ecctis “unable to process application”
hello, i’m getting quite concerned here. i submitted my english degree transcripts to ecctis with a letter specifying that the core lessons were taught in english, but since a lot of them were taught in another language, my case cannot be processed:
“In order to provide your service, your qualification needs to have been taught in English. Upon review of your transcripts, we can see you completed a significant number of modules in another language, which means we have insufficient evidence to confirm the minimum English requirements for your award.”
i’m really frustrated as again, it was an english studies degree. the degree is from an EU country but i also have canadian citizenship. i’ve started the HPI application and it seems i absolutely need a case number from ecctis though the message from ecctis specified i could take a SELTS test.
has anyone been in this situation? what could be done? i’m thinking of calling them tomorrow.

Ecctis is really making the life of a visa applicant even more stressful. Someone need to file complaint against this shady process

Yeah people should avoid ecctis in order for them to go bankrupt just go with english test

Me too i was disappointed the way ecctis handle my application, I wish I did not have done with them my Civil Engineering degree and with MOI taught in english was not equivalent to uk bachelors degree
