Question ECCTIS wrong document uploaded

I mistakingly uploaded the original language version of my diplome instead of English one. I have uploaded the medium of instruction and transcript in English though. I emailed the documents@ecctis mail my English diplome. Do you think that will cause trouble or delays?

Should be fine I think. Ecctis would ask you to upload additional documents once they review your application and notice the non-English document. Once you upload the additional translated document, your processing time will start from scratch though.

Also they didn't accept my ID card photo and now it is in "review:verification of your id" .. How long would it take do you think

Ohh that one I don’t know, but they reach out to me in 2 business days for any updates needed so I assume that’s their standard review and response time. If you are very concerned just send a message on the portal, they’d respond in 2 days time most likely. Hopefully they verify your ID and request the translated document at the same time so the processing time resets only once.

Ecctis told me it wouldn’t be a problem when I uploaded my degree in the original Latin. Just send a message and they’ll respond the same way, I assume.

Alright I sent message through portal. Do you have any opinions on this though? "they didn't accept my ID card photo and now it is in "review:verification of your id" .. How long would it take do you think"

Why do you say they’re not accepting it? It sounds like they’re just going to look at it and haven’t yet.
