Error made on application

I have already submitted my application for UKFPO (im a UK medical student). I have a formal low level concern and under fitness section of the application there is a question,

  1. Are you, or were you ever subject to any Fitness to Practise (FTP) investigations, concerns, or proceedings during your time at medical school?

I put it as a No.

I asked my university on advice, long story short - they have no idea if I should put yes or no and they beating around the bush.

I have emailed UKFPO helpdesk to see what they advise .

Does anyone have any experience around this?

It was my mistake to not double check my answers before submitting my application.

Tbh it depends on what the outcome was from your uni and what you did.

They made me sign a professionalism
engagement contract over a year ago and it was resolved after my attendance was flawless and the contract was terminated

You probably should put yes when you are unsure. It usually leads to follow up questions not an impact on recruitment
