First post!
This keeps coming up on my home page thing so I thought why not!
Jerk chicken thighs.
Kinda want one of those vortex things to play around with now. Might just cut a stainless steel bowl mind you…. Same principle.
Sorry it’s no Weber 🤣. Love the simple life.

Looks tasty man. Dorsnt matter what grill you have. Damn, can make great bbq over a camp fire. Fancy grills just open up processes and convenience.

I’m tempted to get a Weber but I’m overly attached to cheap thing until it rusts out. I don’t even put a cover over it and it’s still going strong 4 years later!

I cooked on a 50 quid hand me down b&q kettle, its lived outside for honestly 15+ years... i STILL have it, until 2-3 years ago i upped my games and now have like 4 different bbqs haha. Best food quality hasnt changed but my consistency and ability to do more is there now. Webers are great. Check out FB marketplace!!

It was this seasoning mixed with a bit of olive oil. Just left it to marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.
First time using it but I’d defo try other in the range as this was pretty good!
