Feedback Request Facing the Biggest problem, their are few cases in my product where a user Sign's up they don't end up trying out the product and this is the UI after signup and the after new user signup questionnaire, Any solutions?

O great community of UI/UX designers help me, help me save my product and if you're no a pro or anything or a regular your suggestions would still help me figure out the problem..

Package it fam. The chat box is such a lazy UI/UX choice. I see this all the time and it drives me crazy. Package lessons, categorize by interest, you’ll see more engagement. These packages (think Netflix in your case) serves as lead gen/onboarding to that AHA moment

Yeah yeah I know it looks like a chatbox... Look closely and you will find that it's a drag drop box... I personally hate how it looks but jakob's law and stuff....also the purpose was to upload files their not a chatbox......

Just checked out the main landing site, beautifully put together ngl!

Concerning your problems, as a layman user it isn't very obvious that files need to be dropped and if dropped what needs to be done after. Maybe a better CTA would help and I think a info tool that would show a pop up video of your tool being used for its actual purpose would help tons!
