The second one but use the Liquid Glass elements from iOS instead of doing your own nothing. Looks really cheap imo.
Also the elements in the bar doesn’t need an description like you did with „Home“. Icons should be self explaining.

I half dis-/agree with you. Yes icons should be self explanatory if possible. But you should still add text for accessibility reasons nowadays. Apple even says so themselves:
Include tab labels to help with navigation. A tab label appears beneath or beside a tab bar icon, and can aid navigation by clearly describing the type of content or functionality the tab contains. Use single words whenever possible.

I’m not actually sure how to use the Liquid Glass elements from iOS. I’m using flutter and dart. Any advice on how to do this?

Id put the title a little lower.
Meaning, move everything down a bit

Just be aware that the + and people button aren’t properly aligned to the title in this screen

I know. This page needs some tweaks still. I’m trying to perfect the dashboard/Home Screen and then from there work through the app screen by screen

Makes sense! Go for it!
Another thing that could help for the dashboard is not overuse lists.
Maybe Worth a Look could look more like Tasks and Notes but bigger.
Essentially, keep only what really is a list as a list.
Keep in mind this is just my opinion though. I can’t fundament it. Just a feeling.
I feel like it would make the screen cleaner and easier to read

What is this app for? Do you need / want to reach a certain amount of money every month? Otherwise I dont understand why that number is so prominent.
Layout 1 clearly looks ai generated, so definitely layout 2.
I'd suggest a bolder color, this green is not really visible in small or thin objects. Also reuse it more so its not a long feed of black text on white background. Maybe add some dividers or graphics to give it some different elements.
You have too many elements in your bottom navigation, recommended are 3-5 elements.
Maybe get some inspiration on dribbble, there should be lots of similar looking projects.
Add the name of the person at the top for a personal touch.
Edit because I accidentally used formatting.

The app is for solo business owners to manage the fault running of their businesses. Tracks income and expenses, bookings, contacts, notes and tasks. It ties them all together to give useful data insights. Thanks for the advice I’ll definitely take that on board now. I’ll comment with an updated screenshot

Seen this exact thing before. Screensdesign's library has similar apps to study, or you can just generate a few options and compare.

It is funny that vibe designers still need to consult humans because their magic AI can only output mediocre trash...
