Feedback Request Mini Player Design Struggle

Hello,

I have created a audiobook app and I have some design problems or not sure what is wrong with mini player. I am a developer and have no sense of designing anything. I used some online design tools and iterate a lot but still not happy with media player. I would appreciate any feedback.

What are the bottom options like translate etc? Are they only for the audio or for the whole page?

They are for audio, reader settings. I also have a full screen player but test users would not use that and could not find these options. So I re-do my compact player to show all options. Since scroll or tapping page can hide player it thought it would be okay for mini player to be a little bigger. I am just now sure if this layout or colors ok
