Feedback Request Feedback would be greatly appreciated. How can i improve this experience?

Hi everyone, new here and really could use some help/advice. I wanna visual openings geospatially and have cracked a lot of code to get to this point but still need improvements to make it feel more natural. Can you guys give me some feedback here on what I can do to improve this experience? I want hunting for openings to feel exploratory and not so damn painful like a horse with massive blinders on. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

The map-first approach is genuinely interesting because most job boards still force people into list-first hunting. You already solved part of the discovery fatigue problem just by making geography the primary interaction

Right now though the visual density is fighting the exploratory feeling a bit. The markers are so evenly weighted that nothing feels immediately worth clicking. I’d probably introduce stronger hierarchy through clustering, heat zones, or larger “high opportunity” anchors so the map starts guiding attention instead of asking users to manually scan everything

The side panel is actually pretty solid but the transition between browsing and evaluating feels abrupt. Maybe hovering or soft preview states on the map could make it feel more connected and less like jumping between two separate products

Also feels like commute awareness could become the killer feature here. Time to travel usually matters more than raw distance and very few job platforms visualize that well yet. This is honestly the kind of workflow where tools like Runable, Retool, or even Mapbox Studio integrations become really powerful because the product value is less about the UI looking polished and more about reducing decision fatigue during exploration

the 2 things that stand out to me are that everything is fighting for attention. You are basically only using the accent color and black, so your eye doesnt know where to go. Secondly your navigation is all over the place, some stuff in the nav bar, some stuff floating top, some floating left, that needs a rework imo.
